Core Benefits $1,000 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1) Promoter

This promotion is run by Core Benefits Toowoomba (the Promoter).

2) Promotion period

The promotion starts 15 May 2026 and ends 16 June 2026 at 11:59pm (Australia/Brisbane time) (the Promotion Period).

3) Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Entry is not open to: 

• directors, officers, employees, or contractors of the Promoter (and its related entities, if any), or 
• immediate family members of those persons.

For the purposes of these Terms, immediate family includes: spouse/de facto partner, parents, children, siblings, and any person living in the same household.

The Promoter may require proof of age and residency.

4) How to enter (free entry)

1. Visit:  https://www.corebenefits.com.au/pages/giveaway-1000-core-benefits-credit 
2. Complete the entry form with your details.
3. To receive the one (1) free entry, you must also agree to receive marketing by email and SMS from Core Benefits Toowoomba.

Limit: one (1) free entry per person during the Promotion Period, unless stated otherwise on the landing page.

5) Bonus entries (optional)

After submitting your free entry, you may claim bonus entries by engaging with the linked giveaway post on the Promoter’s social media (Instagram and/or Facebook).

• +1 bonus entry: Like the giveaway post
• +2 bonus entries: Like + share the giveaway post
• +3 bonus entries: Like + share + tag two (2) friends in the comments on the giveaway post

Verification requirement

Bonus entries are only valid if you provide your Instagram handle and/or Facebook profile name in the entry form and complete the actions selected.

Verification clause:
“Bonus entries are only valid if you provide your Instagram handle and/or Facebook profile name and complete the actions selected. Core Benefits may verify entries by checking the relevant account activity. If we can’t verify the claimed actions, bonus entries may be removed and the entry will revert to the base entry.”

6) Membership entries (paid entries)

During the Promotion Period, you can also enter by purchasing a Core Benefits Toowoomba Membership Package.

Membership term

• Each membership purchase is valid for one (1) month.
• Membership purchases count as entries at the time of purchase/charge.

One-off vs subscription

You may choose either:

• One-off purchase (one month), or
• Subscription (recurring monthly)

If you choose a subscription:

• You receive 10% off the membership price.
• Your subscription will be charged monthly until you cancel.
• You have full control of your subscription and can skip, reschedule, edit, or cancel at any time.

Membership tiers and entries

Each membership tier includes 5% off Core Benefits products and services (applied via your client account) plus bonus entries into the draw:

• Bronze Membership: 5% off + 5 bonus entries
• Silver Membership: 5% off + 20 bonus entries
• Gold Membership: 5% off + 40 bonus entries
• Platinum Membership: 5% off + 90 bonus entries

7) Entry conditions and fairness

• Entries must be submitted in the entrant’s real name.
• The Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify entries that are incomplete, misleading, automated, or appear to be submitted in bulk.
• If you claim bonus entries but do not provide a verifiable handle/profile, your entry may be treated as a base entry only.

8) Verification

The Promoter may, at any time, require an entrant to provide documentation reasonably requested to verify eligibility and entry validity (including proof of identity, age, and residency).

If an entrant provides false or misleading information, or fails to provide requested verification within a reasonable time, the Promoter may declare the entry invalid.

9) Prize

There is one (1) prize.

The winner may choose either:

• $1,000 Core Benefits Toowoomba products and services credit, or
• $1,000 cash.

Credit option

• The credit can be used for Core Benefits Toowoomba products and services.
• The credit is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Cash option

• Cash will be paid by bank transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
• Cash will be paid within 3 business days of the Promoter receiving the winner’s bank account details.

10) Draw and winner notification

• The draw will take place on 17 June 2026 at 9:00am (Australia/Brisbane time) and will be conducted live.
• The winner will be contacted using the details provided on entry.

Unclaimed prize / redraw

If the prize is not claimed within 7 days from the draw date, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

11) Winner publication

The winner will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

12) Privacy and marketing consent

By entering, you consent to the Promoter collecting and using your personal information to:

• administer the promotion (including verifying bonus entries), and
• send marketing by email and SMS (as required for the free entry).

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by following the instructions in SMS messages.

13) Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

14) Technical failure / force majeure

If for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including technical failure, power outage, internet outage, platform failure, or other unforeseen events) the draw or any live broadcast cannot be conducted as scheduled, the Promoter may reschedule the draw and/or publish updated details on its website and/or social media channels.

Valid entries received before any reschedule will remain valid.

15) Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• technical issues with the website, forms, social platforms, or payments,
• lost, late, or misdirected entries, or
• any costs incurred by entrants in connection with entering the promotion.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

16) Changes and cancellation

If the promotion cannot run as planned due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to any legal requirements.

17) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
